Consult the synthesized prospectus of art. 142 from the Rules of the Road.

Fill in “Form A” and send it by e-mail to verbali.pco@pec.it

Fill in “Form A” and send it by e-mail to verbali.pce@pec.it attaching a copy of the theft report and/or the report of finding and/or the registration of loss of possession.

Fill in “Form A2” and send it by e-mail to verbali.pce@pec.it attaching a copy of the sale contract. (N. B. power of attorney is not sufficient)

Fill in the “Form B” and send it by email to verbali.pce@pec.it within 60 days of the notification of the fine.

Within 60 days of notification of the fine, send it to the Prefect of Caserta by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to his headquarters in Prefettura di Caserta – Piazza della Prefettura, 2, 81100 Caserta CE or send it by e-mail to verbali.pce@pec.it.
The appeal must be written in Italian.

Within 30 days of the notification of the fine, send it to the Justice of the Peace under the territorial jurisdiction, by handing it directly or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 150/11.
